Return and Refund Policy (Applicable to orders placed on or after March 7, 2026)
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to try MoonBrew with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to request a return within 60 days of the delivery date.
All return requests must be submitted via email to our customer service team at support@moon-brews.com.
Return requests made after the 60-day period will not be accepted.
Guarantee Scope and Conditions
Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all MoonBrew purchases—including one-time purchases, multi-packs, bundles, and subscription orders—designed to give customers the opportunity to experience MoonBrew for the first time.
To ensure fairness:
- This guarantee applies to only one opened item per product per customer (limited to once per lifetime).
- Any additional units of the same product within the same order must remain unopened to qualify for a refund; a maximum of two unopened items may be refunded per order.
- Refund requests for multiple opened units of the same product will not be accepted or approved.
- MoonBrew reserves the right to deny refund requests for accounts suspected of being duplicates or linked to customers who have previously received a refund.
Subscription Orders
Our "60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" applies to subscription orders under the same terms as standard purchases.
Canceling Your Subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@moon-brews.com.
- To avoid charges for the next shipment, please ensure you submit your cancellation request before the next scheduled renewal date.
- Canceling your subscription stops all future charges and shipments but does not automatically trigger a refund for past orders. Past orders remain subject to the standard "60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" terms mentioned above.
- Orders Already Being Processed:
- If a renewal order has already been confirmed or is being processed at the time of your cancellation request, it cannot be canceled or recalled and will ship as scheduled.
- Once the order is delivered, you may request a return in accordance with the standard "60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" terms.
Return Shipping Costs
MoonBrew does not cover return shipping costs. For approved return requests, we will provide a return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please email customer support at support@moon-brews.com.
Please note:
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Each customer is eligible for free shipping on one approved exchange.
- We will ship the replacement item after receiving and processing your return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Once an order has been exchanged, neither the original order nor the replacement item is eligible for a refund or further exchange. All exchanges are considered final sales once shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@moon-brews.com within 7 days of receipt. To process your claim, we require photos of the item and your order number. Upon verification, we will resolve the issue and, where applicable, waive return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the review outcome within 3–5 business days. If the refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Costs associated with the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
Frequent Returns and Policy Abuse
To ensure fairness for all customers, MoonBrew monitors return activity across accounts. We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in the following situations:
- A customer repeatedly requests refunds across multiple accounts or orders.
- An unusual pattern of "buy-open-return" behavior is detected.
- Claims cannot be reasonably verified.
Policy Updates
MoonBrew reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the policy update's effective date. We maintain records of the specific policy version applicable to orders based on their respective dates.
